Monthly membership plan is a 12 month non refundable commitment 1) Only applicable with active membership. 2) If applicable, on standard tank water heaters only. 3) Video inspections of sewer are only complimentary through a Malek approved accessible clean out. Non-approved plumbing clean out accesses will require an accessible clean out to be installed at additional cost to homeowner. 4) Redeemable towards equipment purchases only.
