My parents didn’t start this company because they had a plan.
They started it in 1989 because they had a family to take care of. They built it from the ground up in Bryan–College Station with one standard: show up, do the work, and do right by people.
When they were ready to step back, I showed up—because they needed me. That’s what our family does. My husband Daryll showed up too—for me, and because he believed in what this company could become. Today, he leads our team on the ground while I drive the brand and the mission, all while raising our own family the same way my parents raised me.

As the company grew, Malek moved into its first permanent headquarters—the same location the company calls home today.

After nearly two decades serving demanding commercial environments, Malek brought that same level of training, workmanship, and accountability into local homes.
Residential service became an important new chapter in the company’s story.
The Next Generation Steps Forward
A new generation began preparing to carry the company forward. Fresh perspective joined decades of experience, helping Malek continue evolving while preserving the values on which the business was built.
Strengthening the Leadership Team
Daryll joined the leadership team and played an essential role in expanding the company’s capabilities, strengthening its culture, and helping Malek grow beyond what would have been possible otherwise.
Growing Into a Whole-Home Company
Malek expanded beyond HVAC to include plumbing, electrical, and generator services.
Homeowners could now rely on one trusted team for more of the systems that keep their homes safe, comfortable, and running well.
Growing Into Northwest Houston
Through the acquisition of Pickett Home Services, Malek expanded into Northwest Houston.
The opportunity brought together trusted local relationships, experienced people, and a shared commitment to serving homeowners well.

Today, Malek serves homeowners across Bryan–College Station and Northwest Houston with a growing team of trained professionals.
